Yes, we will be happy to find you a car rental or a taxi in any case you need. Taxi cost from/to Chania: approx. €15 Taxi cost from/to Chania airport: approx. €15

We offer free cancellation up to one month before your arrival date. In case of cancellation after the aforementioned date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total reservation.

Some of the one-bedroom apartments (type A1) have a double bed and some have twin beds. The two-bedroom apartments (types B1 and B2) have a double bed or twin beds in one bedroom and twin beds in the other.
First, please fill out the reservation form. At the latest after one business day you will receive by e-mail a second form (“Credit Card Authorization Form”) for use in case of cancellation. Your card will not be charged. You must complete this form and send it to us by e-mail or fax. You will then receive our confirmation by e-mail or fax.
Requests concerning the apartments (booking of adjoining apartments, type of beds, floor, view, etc.) must be made as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete all fields of the booking form and especially the “comments” field which we always take into account.
It will take approximately one business day.

Yes, there is FREE parking available.

No, there is no minimum number of nights.
If you wish to change your arrival and departure dates or extend your stay, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your booking, but we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have apartments available on the new dates you wish. There is no additional cost for changes that will be made.
You are welcome to use our barbecue for FREE on days when the hotel is not in use for similar activities.
